breakfast and snacks.

I tried:
 Blackberries, 
Raw Pecans,
Raw Unsweetened Shredded Coconut,
Raw Sunflower Seeds,
A Medjool Date (diced)
Green Valley Organic Blueberry Pomegranate Kefir 
(I wanted a way to get probiotics)
It was yummy!

I like how easy it is to trade out the fruit.
Each day has been different because 
of all the yummy fruit in season. 
Frozen fruit works well too
and is refreshing on a hot day.
Hope you give it a try.
