GO GREEN GAME LOTS OF FUN!

WE WENT GREEN FOR EARTH DAY!
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We reused plastic #Easter Eggs
for a #DIY rhyming game.
My Kinder #Kids had fun with
Green Eggs For Sam I Am!

Read Green Eggs And Ham.
Look for words that rhyme
and use some to make your own game.

Dear Reader,
This game is easy to make.
I reused green plastic Easter Eggs.
I wrote two rhyming words
on the top of the egg and
two on the bottom.
I used rhyming words that
had the same spelling so
 my Kinder Kids could
use the letter pattern as a clue.

We "cracked" the eggs

(separated tops from bottoms)
and we had "scrambled eggs"
(mixed up eggs).
My Kinder Kids love scrambled eggs.

Each Kinder Kid in the center chose an egg.

They wrote all four rhyming words and
at least one extra rhyming word they thought up.
It could be a real word or a silly word.
Silly words are so fun to use when rhyming.
We wrote our rhyming words on recycled paper.

(Hint: I used a black Sharpie pen to write the words on the eggs.
I used a tissue and rubbing alcohol to "erase" any mistakes.
Then I let the ink dry over night.)

Try playing this at home or school.
